We kinda saved the most general category for last.

Health.

That’s a big topic. It’s really clear having gone through the other 11 areas of life before this one, that they all factor into the equation of your “health”.

You’re going to have to address your relationships, your career fulfillment, your spiritual goals, prosperity, food, fitness and attitude toward life in order to consider your general health intentions and objectives.

Go For A Complete Physical Check-Up

This year the big thing I did for myself and my health was to finally address the tumor that had been growing on the back of my thigh, and to go for a complete physical.

Go For A Complete Physical Check-UpIt felt so good to get all my bits and pieces checked out and to know that it’s all going okay “down there”. My decision to do that was very heavily inspired by our “Panty Party” call with Alisa Vitti.

Having had a complete physical with blood work, I realized that I could use a bit more iron and a bit more B12, but generally speaking, it’s all good! Having removed the lump on the back of my leg, I felt so liberated from something that was constantly taking my attention.
