Sin-Free Raw Chocolate Pudding with Priscilla Soligo

 

Ingredients:3 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder for Raw Chocolate Pudding Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup avocado
    ~ about 2 medium avocados
  • 1/4 cup coconut meat
    or banana1 Cup Avocado for Raw Chocolate Pudding Recipe
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 12 drops vanilla essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lacumaCoconut Meat and Coconut Oil Ingredients for Raw Chocolate Pudding Recipe
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
    or coconut nectar
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
    or pink himilayan crystal salt (optional)

 

Directions:

 1. Place the ingredients in the blender, starting with the wet ingredients first.
Priscilla adds the ingredients in the following order: Avocado, coconut meat, coconut oil, maple syrup, water, cinnamon, vanilla essence, salt, lacuma, cacao.

2. Blend!

3. Spoon out the raw chocolate pudding into chilled serving glasses.
For a thicker texture, refrigerate for an hour before serving. For a custard texture, you can serve immediately!

4. Garnish with cacao nibs, and enjoy!
