Miss Ginger’s Yummy Breakfast Oatmeal Recipe

Donna – aka ‘Miss Ginger’ in the Powder Room, was in our Sisterhood Spotlight earlier this week. Her breakfast sounded so good, I asked her to give us the details!

Rawdelicious Oatmeal Breakfast

Soak 3/4 cup raw Oatmeal over night

In the morning I add the following and grind it all up in my food processor –

  • 1 tsp of Coconut Oil
  • 1 Banana,
  • 1/4 cup of Almonds
  • 1 Apple

After grinding it all up, I throw in a handful of raisins (or dates).  I sometimes also add:

  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds for my calcium
  • Cinnamon, a good sprinkle
  • Almond Milk

It is very filling, and I love it!!!!
