With great embarrassment at my brutal tardiness, I am FINALLY attaching a picture of the best blender OF ALL TIME at work in my kitchen.
Do you know how hard it is to remember to take a picture of a blender before you wash it and put it away? Hard. I use it almost every day, though, and I love it more than I thought one could love a blender.
Mostly I used it for smoothies but have ground grains, made dressings, chopped whole foods (it makes short work of a whole apple – awesome!) and, as you see in the attached pic, made some gorgeous raw tomato & pepper gazpacho from which the leftovers were frozen for sauce. Mmmmmm!
Thanks again, and please don’t take my laziness as a sign of a lack of gratefulness because I am SO SO grateful for my Blendtec and never could have gotten one without you guys.
