Tera Warner is a monkey-loving mama of two, and when she's not thinkin up the next great revolution in health for women, she's chatting on the phone with some of the coolest people this planet has got, and keeps busy bringing their wisdom to the world around her.
She's not got any fancy pants credentials and no acronymns after her name. She's just a feisty woman like you who is committed to learning everything she can to support her family, her loved ones and improving the condition of life on this gorgeous spinning blue ball of love in the universe!

Cricket Rawlins, Program Coach and Cheerleader
Cricket Rawlins, owner of Bella Health and Wellness, has lived most of her life enjoying a healthy, mostly plant-based diet. As a child she much preferred veggies and fruits to cookies and cakes, causing a lot of strange looks from her peers! As an adult, she realized that friends and family were frequently coming to her for advice on a healthy diet and nutrition and so she made the decision to go back to school to study health and wellness. Now, as a Certified Holistic Health Coach who is also acreddited by the American Association of Drugless Practicioners, Cricket is living her passion by helping others live their healthiest and happiest lives!
Tamara Green
Tamara Green is a Nutritionist and Holistic Chef. She is the co-founder of Living Kitchen Wellness. Tamara specializes in coaching and cooking for clients who are recovering from, healing, and preventing cancer. She combines her knowledge of nutrition, passion for good food, and intuitive coaching skills to work with clients to create lasting changes in their lives.
As a child she was an extremely picky eater only eating french fries, hot dogs, hamburgers and pizza and she developed a serious case of IBS. She was in chronic pain for 9 years until she turned to food to heal herself. After being completely symptom free since 2008, it is Tamara’s passion to assist people in their health journeys to eliminate pain and suffering and find energy, joy, love and happiness through good food.
Tamara holds a BA from McGill University and later attended The Institute of Holistic Nutrition becoming a Certified Nutrition Practitioner. She is also an avid urban gardener and loves kale.
