Month 1: Find Your Passion, Live Your Purpose

The biggest mistake most business owners make is failing to clearly identify their purpose, and doing so is tricky business.

There's an art to it, in fact, there's practically a science! And in this first month together the most important thing we will do is work to align the elements of who you are, what you love and the contribution you most want to make to life, then we're going to work together to create a clear purpose and plan for your coaching/business mentorship program.

While it appears simple, there is a great deal of work involved and this is without question the most important element of the program as everything we create next will depend on the degree to which THIS one piece is clearly in place.

Month 2: Something to Believe In. Something to Belong To.

Now that you're clear on who you are and where you most want to go, let's get really clear on what Tera Warner is all about, where she's going and how YOU will be a part of the powerful team making it happen.

Learn about the different areas of the business, the powerful positions and opportunities within our company for go-getters and paper-pushers alike and what will be expected and required of you as a member of the TW team. 

• Clearly see and understand our company strategy, how it works, who is on board and determine and understand your role within it.  
• Become familiar with key elements of our production and communication teams, how it works, how we work together.
• Meet all the current members of our team and then work to identify your ideal position in the group.
  
  IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a HUGE chunk of information. What you learn in this month alone is worth YEARS of training in business administration and well worth the ENTIRE price of the business mentorship training in full!! We will let you in on some very important business strategies we have not yet released and let you know what's coming up next for the business and why the timing is NOW to get on board this opportunity and also why you success is GUARANTEED with what we have in store!!

Month 3: Determining Your Goals, Strategy & Plan of Action

Once we've decided what you're all about and what you most want to give to the world, AND we've told you what we're all about and our goals and objectives as a company, then it's time for you to sit down with Tera or one of our key Team Members to help customize your personal training and production schedule.

As a now official member of the Team, you will be able to access ALL our programs and services. Our goal for this month will be to lay down the foundation for the coming months and make sure that you are organized in such a way as to:

• Commit a significant number of hours per week to your own personal study and research of TW programs and services.
  
  
• Create your passion-driven introduction to our community through a blog post and other possible areas of interest. (In order to help you kick start your coaching career, we want to help you get known. We will take the time in this month to help you compose your introduction to our community and create a list of up to 10 other blog posts and articles that you will contribute in the weeks and months to come. These will help you become a key member of our team and are opportunities for you to create connections with other people in our community.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: Your participation in the Certified Coaching or Mentorship Programs includes LIFETIME ACCESS TO ALL our programs, books, resources and whatever you need to enhance your knowledge as a key member of our team! We will work to design the best path for your personal study objectives based on the results of our work in the first two months together.

Month 4: Putting You On the Map

Also at this stage in the game, your on-going study schedule of TW programs and services will be established and you should be already moving forward on the first courses and programs assigned to you.

It's time to establish your introductory website and start to tell the world all about you.

The moment we've worked together to determine your contribution to the company and how your coaching/teaching/training position will play itself out in the bigger picture of what we do, then you will immediately be put on the map. We will immediately put you on the communication lines of the company so you can make yourself known, find out what is needed and wanted by women around the world and from there we'll work together to help you learn the ropes of doing what you love in the months to come and making your dreams of serving the world happen!

Mentorship Participants: This Is Your ONLY Chance to Work with Me Personally

**IMPORTANT NOTE: This will be the ONLY time that I personally work on this project. In coming years, this program will be lead exclusively by successful graduates of the Mentorship program, so you will be the first to be offered opportunities to coach future Mentorship trainees and Certified Coaches. 

I will ONLY, EVER be taking on 7 students for this program. Only 7. Ever. Then, in keeping with my commitment to build a business that is a business for other women, too, those 7 women will be entrusted to train future applicants to this program.

Month 5: Powerful Copywriting, Articles and How to Impact the World With Your Words

Words are what I have always used to create an effect on other people. Whether you prefer video, audio or long stories, it's important to be able to get comfortable with all of them. During this intensive training you'll have the opportunity to practice and learn tips for all kinds of different written communications and promotions.

• You can powerfully create an effect on other people by the words you use and in this module, you'll receive my personal coaching and best tips and suggestions during this month and have several opportunities to practice promotional emails, press releases, affiliate emails, outreach letters to joint venture partners, celebrities and other people who will help make your business grow and help you get noticed. 

Month 6: A Communication Intensive! 

(LIVE TRAINING MANDATORY FOR MENTORSHIP PARTICIPANTS)

In order to do anything in life, you're going to need to master a few tools in communication. Tools you do not have, do not know and have not even imagined will be important to you.

There are vital things to know and understand about effective communication that will dramatically change how you work, your ability to connect with other people and how you feel as a confident, empowered and self-expressed change maker as part of our team. I will be bringing in some very special guest trainers who were my coaches and mentors during years of training in communication. 

Audio lectures and group workshops will still accompany this live training.

WEEK LONG LIVE TRAINING MANDATORY FOR MENTORSHIP PARTICIPANTS:

This week-long training is an essential component for being able to host live events, retreats and other elements of our business and MUST BE COMPLETED at some time during your 12-month training. While the other elements of the training will qualify you for online communication and coaching, before we assign you to lead retreats, live workshops or other events. This training is mandatory. The cost of this program will be included in your on-going payments, (including food and accommodations) but you will be responsible for airfare to the location of this training (Montreal, Canada).

CERTIFIED COACHING PARTICIPANTS: 
Your physical attendance at this LIVE training is not mandatory because your certification does not include being able to host live retreats or major events. You are, however, invited to attend and this will certainly help you. The cost of this LIVE training is not included in your training package. If you choose to attend, you will be responsible or costs of food, accommodation, training fees and your flight to the location (Montreal, Canada). Month 7: How to Host Online Events, Teleseminars and Coaching Calls.

During this month we will help you host a LIVE teleseminar on a topic you're passionate about and help you share your voice and passion with our community!

This is your chance to dive in deep and see how we roll. We'll give you the chance to shadow one of our coaches, create a plan for your own call and then we'll schedule your moment of glory and help you shine!

There are some great tips to success we'll pass on to you for making teleseminars a powerful way to expand your community and ability to coach others around the world.

Month 8: Establishing Your Promotion & Outreach Strategy

When you realize that the work you do and the services you provide save lives, then "promotion" becomes a piece of cake.

You'll learn the secrets to my success and also, based on the results of your first 7 months work, be placed in communication with people who will help you further grow and expand your business.

Month 9: How to Be An Effective Coach and Support Person for Others

Ride the wave of one of our online programs and start to conduct your own group teleseminars and email support strategies under the guidance and supervision of Tera or one of our key team members. This will give you the chance to confidently connect with clients, and get the practice you need to be hosting and directing programs yourself.

I'm pretty fussy about how I expect people to be communicated to, especially when it's under the umbrella of programs I've created. I also have a few strong ideas about health, wellness and what makes life tick. In this series you will be given the coaching tools, forms, outlines and systems you need to begin coaching clients one on one. You'll also start using them yourself for the remainder of the program. You'll also receive during this month your tools for facilitating ongoing coaching with your clients. 

Month 10: Create Your Successful Coaching Plan

Your relationships with the people you support will be the most valuable thing you acquire throughout this mentorship and year-long training. During this module we start to pass you the resources, templates, promotional tools and other elements that will enable you to help people make progress.

You will learn more than ever that it is not your program, your techniques, your tools or even your knowledge that is important to the people you support. You'll learn the one thing that IS important and what you need to do to ensure the well-being of the lives you touch.

We will pass you a model for making a successful 6-figure business from your coaching practice alone.

We will assign specific projects, statistics and targets to your production during this month. You will have my full support and the support of my team as we work to help you make things happen. Your practical exam will not be considered complete until you've reached and achieved the targets we set out for you and until you feel confident and secure moving forward as an Earth-shaking change maker and a powerful member of our team. 

ONLY THEN will we schedule your LIVE FINAL TRAINING AND CELEBRATION!

This week will be scheduled when all the members of your Mentorship team have successfully complete their exercises and achieve the targets they had set for themselves. An incredible oasis in the Laurentian forest with sauna, waterfalls and the perfect environment to celebrate new life and infinite possibilities.

All your costs for this event (food, accommodations, training fees) are included in your fees. You are responsible for your travel expenses.
