Who's the Fiery Blue-Eyed Redhead Behind the
Sassy Words and Sexy Websites?

tera warner

Her name is Tera. (You say it like "T" and "ra".)

She's the creative creatrix behind a rapidly growing community of over 100,000 health-seeking women around the world.

As a fresh food enthusiast, her projects focus on the raw food diet, detox, cleansing, and supporting families to adopt healthier food habits and lifestyle changes.

In an effort to serve this community of health-seeking heroines, Tera created WISH: Women's International Summit for Health where she connects with some of the most influential thought and health leaders of our time. Tera offers these conversations in the the hope that they may be a source of inspiration to the women who receive them.

Completely fed up with the conventional model for “weight loss” programs, she set out to create something that could  remind women to measure their worth and beauty in more than inches and pounds.

Her background is in English and primate studies. Since we’re almost out of non-human primates in their natural habitat, she decided to explore the world of herbs, nutrition, fitness, aromatherapy and natural health. It’s probably no coincidence that she stumbled upon the “the raw food diet” in 2003, and has been actively eating like a gorilla ever since.

Now a passionate online entrepreneur, she has created her websites as a means of building an international community to support women seeking health through nutrition and a natural, sustainable lifestyle.

She created Body Enlightenment to remind women that the true path to personal fulfillment will never come when you’re chasing a dress size. It comes when you finally learn to shamelessly BE yourself, and love and accept t who and where you are, so you can embrace a new possibility for something even better.
