If You Overeat, Binge, or Starve Yourself From Food
Only to Feel Hatred When You Look in the Mirror...

...This is for YOU:

get over ED

You've Given Up Enough of Your Life to Counting Calories,
Pinching Inches and Self-Sabotage!
Sign Up for Our 9-Day "Getting Over ED" Tele-Summit & Finally Declare your Independence from Eating Disorders!

Dear Lover of Life,

If you're like me, my friends, my sisters and so many of the women we know, then you've had a whole lot of attention on the size of your thighs and the width of your hips for much of your life. So much so, perhaps, that it's caused you to make some harsh choices about the way you eat and the way you treat yourself.

If you catch yourself thinking obsessively about your food...

If you eat WAY more when you're alone and no one is watching...

If you constantly think about food, how to eat it, what to eat, when to eat, how it digests, how it makes you feel, etc...

If you eat until it hurts, then keep on eating...

If you binge, purge, and poison yourself with self-sabotaging thoughts,...

...then chances are very good you're missing out on something.

LIFE!

While you're in your head obsessing about what you eat and how you look, LIFE is passing you by.

You don't need to keep living this way.

There is a way out of the self-sabotaging behavior patterns many of us get stuck with, but you won't get there until you GET REAL about what's going on for yourself and start asking for help!

It's totally "normal" for most family members to sit around the dinner table and talk about how much they overate, and how they've put on 10 pounds. But some of us take it a lot further.

A lot of us keep our self-sabotaging food habits in the closet! You might be able to hide your eating habits and self-sabotage from other people, but you can't hide them from yourself!

"Whether you're starving, overreating, bingeing, purging, or simply giving too much of your time, attention and energy worrying about what you eat and how you look, then this summit may very well change your life!"

Meet Your Hostesses

Tera Warner

Tera Warner is the frisky founder of the world's largest online resource of raw food cleansing and detoxification programs for women. Through her programs and events she invites a community of over 100,000 women around the world to pick up their parsley sprigs, and march, dance, sing, jump or fly along path to vibrant living.

She's not got a string of acronyms after her name and fancy credentials, so don't bother looking for them. She's a monkey-lovin' mama doing her best to remind you that your self-worth is not measure by the size of your thighs or the width of your hips, but by the breadth of your dreams and the depth of your love.

Tera spent most of her days in university studying monkeys, and now she's simply trying to teach the world to eat like one.

Like so many of her friends, colleagues and sisters, Tera has struggled with eating disorders in the past and now having established a healthy relationship with her body image and her food, she's doing whatever she can to help support other women on the path to freedom from food and body obsessions.

Emily Shaules

Emily discovered the raw food lifestyle in 2007 after struggling with illnesses like Fibromyalgia, Ulcerative Colitis, TMJ, sinusitis and depression for nearly a decade. Sick of taking 25 pills a day, Emily went 100% raw overnight and on the fifth day, she felt so dramatically better she knew that whole foods nutrition was the answer for which she had been searching.

Emily gave up the practice of law because she felt compelled to educate others about the powerful effect food has on a person's physical, mental and spiritual health. She is now a coach and motivational speaker through her company Raw Breakthrough, as well as a business developer with the Amazon Herb Company.

Emily has been featured on Keep It Real Radio, and WeLikeItRaw.com and is a regular contributor to RawDoctors.com and Health View TV. She is also a certified Advanced Practioner of Natural Health and Reiki Practioner. Recently, Emily became the face of Living Tree Community Food's raw chocolate bars and is currently in talks to open the first raw foods restaurant/nightclub in Asheville, NC!

Meet Our Experts and Special Guests:

Carolyn Costin: You Can Recover and Experience Total Freedom

Carolyn Costin is the founder and executive director of The Monte Nido Treatment Center and its affiliates. Recovered herself from anorexia nervosa, Carolyn has been treating eating disorders since 1978.

Previously a high school teacher and counselor, Carolyn left her first career to devote herself fully to the prevention and treatment of eating disorders. In the early 1980's Carolyn established The Eating Disorder Center of California, which continues to provide outpatient and day treatment services for eating disorder sufferers and their families in several locations throughout Southern California.

While maintaining the center and her private practice, Carolyn developed, implemented and served as the director of 4 inpatient and 2 residential eating disorder programs. During this time, Carolyn dreamed of opening her own healing center, in a home-like setting, that would provide a more holistic and realistic approach to recovery. When Carolyn came across an estate in a beautiful wooded area in the Malibu foothills, she knew she had found the place to have her own facility. In March of 1996, Carolyn became a pioneer in the treatment of eating disorders, opening the doors to a unique, six-bed residential program in Malibu, California for individuals suffering from anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and exercise addiction. She named it after the local neighborhood, "Monte Nido", which meant "Mountain Nest" to the Indians who once inhabited the area.

Carolyn has written five books which are popular with both professionals and the lay public; 8 Keys to Recovery from and Eating Disorder, Your Dieting Daughter, The Eating Disorder Source Book, 3rd edition, 100 Questions and Answers about Eating Disorders (2007), Anorexia and Bulimia, A Nutritional Approach (Co-author Alexander Schauss)

Aside from her books Carolyn writes for magazines and journals and has been a contributing author for other publications. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA) and on the editorial board for "Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention". The combination of her own personal recovery and her experience in the field make Carolyn an empathic, articulate and informative writer, speaker, therapist and clinical director. She is frequently sought after for television and radio appearances. Carolyn stays up-to-date on all new research in the field of eating disorders and is passionate about fighting the cultural emphasis on appearance and thinness, which contribute greatly to these illnesses. Through her own recovery, enthusiasm and expertise, Carolyn offers hope that becoming fully recovered from an eating disorder is possible.

Back in 2002, Angela was 23 years old, about 19 stone (266lbs/120kg), UK dress size 26-28 and lost in miserable cycles of a non-existent love-life, uncontrollable overeating and complete denial. But that all changed when she was lent a book, The Raw Family, by the Boutenkos that revolutionized her life. She began eating raw and the improvements in her health over the next weeks were astonishing. She said, "You could almost see the weight burn off me. I'll never forget seeing my collar bone again for the first time in years; my skin and hair quality improved dramatically, my energy soared and I was filled with vitality and a new hunger for real life."

Since her discovery of raw food, Angela's journey has continued and not only has she found happiness, but she's also shared it and made a point of helping others who struggled as she herself struggled. Valya Boutenko: Your Food Imprint, and How to Rewrite It

My name is Valya Boutneko. In 1994, the members of her family experienced an intense decline in health. Faced with their numerous health problems, (juvenile diabetes, obesity, hyper thyroid, chronic fatigue, arrhythmia, arthritis, asthma, and allergies) they began researching nutrition. After switching over to a healthful way of eating they were able to fully reverse their symptoms and regain vibrant health. Since that time her family has been dedicated to helping people around the globe learn about natural healing and nutrition by writing books, making films, and presenting health lectures.

Now one of Valya's biggest passions is helping children eat healthy. She has studied the degree to which food restriction, aversions and other "control" conditions can cause compulsive and even "rebellious" food habits to be created. With a desire to restore self-determinism around food, Valya has discovered that most children do want to be healthy, and she's made it part of her work to help that happen.
During our summit, Valya will be sharing the impact our food imprint can have on us, helping us to better understand how early lifestyle choices and conditions may have lead to struggles in later years. Valya's love for health and people is evident and appreciated by all who know her and have the chance to hear her speak.

Pamela Madsen: Bringing Forth the Closeted Conversation About Food and Sex

Pamela Madsen, a veteran advocate and educator (yes, she's been on Oprah!) has taken her no-holds-barred pioneering work in infertility to a new arena: genuine sexual liberation and self-acceptance for all women. Pamela's full-bodied mix of intelligence, humor and startling vulnerability has made her one of the most mediagenic vadvocates for integrated sexuality and a taboo-buster around body image.

She's a featured blogger on Psychology Today and Huffington Post whose entries are regularly picked up by major media outlets--from Jezebel and New York Magazine to The New York Times. Pamela's first book is "Shameless: How I Ditched the Diet, Got Naked and Found True Pleasure and Somehow Got Home In Time To Cook Dinner". Shameless hit the shelves January 2011 and is now available where ever books are sold. Months before the memoir's release, the buzz is spectacular. Notables such as Dr. Christiane Northrup are calling Pamela "a living, breathing embodiment of the power of pleasure to transform one's life." And Pamela did it without losing one inch from her curvaceous Size 14 frame.

During this summit, Pamela will be helping us address why so many women who struggle with eating disorders also are women who come from a history of sexual trama. She helps women get back into their sensation and sensuality so they can stop making chocolate fudge their new lover.
