WISH Wear: Something Special to Remember Your WISH
Written by Tera on March 24, 2010 – -As promised, we will be featuring three women whose work has inspired us and who we have invited to become a part of this project with us.
Meet Joanna Szkiela:
She’s the founder of www.gotoredsofa.com. Before I met her, I met her jewellry and fell in love. When I ran into Joanna at a local art fair, then I bought Christmas presents for all the women in my life. You can check out her site and you’ll see some what I’m talking about.
At the art fair last winter, I told Joanna about WISH and asked if she’d be interested in doing a special piece for our ladies. Something to anchor and inspire them throughout the year. I was honored and delighted when she agreed to do it. About a week ago, Joanna came by to bring me the first finished piece, and I haven’t taken it off since.
I love it. I love wearing it. I love knowing what it stands for, and I love all the compliments I get from people who see it on me and wonder what it’s all about.
Here’s a little explanation about the pieces and their significance. This is our “official” WISH necklace:
This necklace is inspired by the idea of making our dreams come true–in essence, the whole underlying message of WISH! We’re trying to inspire women to rekindle the wishes they had when they were young and help them find the inspiration to make it all happen.
This necklace has 3 charms:
The Root.
Every dream takes root (is grounded) in our past experience and draws its strength from who we are. It is nourished by our aspirations for something better and grows from there. The first element of this piece is the root/branch which symbolizes those first beginnings of the dreams we have held and do continue to hold.
The Dandelion.
The dandelion element symbolizes the desire to make the dream true – as we make a wish and blow. I still take dandelion seedlings and blow them into the wind, but some years ago, I must have just let go of the element of making a wish while doing it. This element of the piece takes the wish and blows it out into the wind where it multiplies. Think of all the seedlings in that dandelion.
The Honeycomb.
The honeycomb made by the hardworking bee symbolizes commitment and perseverance. The bee is known for its hard work and this little piece of honeycomb represents the idea that we do need to work at our dreams to make them real – then, just like the dedicated honeybee, we too can transform the mundane into the marvelous and make our dreams come true.
There’s another picture of this piece on someone’s hand so you can see the size. I
t falls perfectly on the chest. I took a couple pictures of it on me, but the lighting wasn’t great and I feel it just doesn’t do the piece justice. We’ve made this piece available for you to order, and I’m putting a personal guarantee on this one.
If you order the piece and you do not like it, just send it back and we’ll refund your money no questions asked. Honestly, I’ll buy it back! This piece was made with so much love and has been designed to take the wisdom of this entire event and capture it in a symbolic and artistically stunning piece of jewelry that you can keep with you as a constant reminder of all you’ve learned during WISH and as a reminder to you to live your dreams and persist in making them come true. As soon as you feel all the love that has gone into it, I know you’ll never want to take it off!
You can order this piece of jewelry here.
Part of the reason Joanna was willing to invest in this project is because she took a huge leap of faith in order to make it happen. She left the corporate world to pursue her dreams and now Red Sofa is how she engages fully in living her passion. We wanted to choose three women and highlight the work they do as an inspiration to all of us to live our dreams and pursue our passions.
We really hope you’ll support Joanna and get yourself this incredible gift. Just so you know, with all three of the women we’ll be featuring as part of this project, we will not be making a profit by promoting their work. All the money goes to the artist directly or is the cost of production and delivery.

On Money at the Women’s International Summit for Health
Written by Tera on March 18, 2010 – -$Cha-ching!$
That’s the sound of your cash register raking in the kind of green stuff that has no chlorophyll! Money is simply a form of exchange we’ve come up with to enable us to trade our goods and services with one another.
Having a lot of it is thought to enable us to have more “freedom“, and not having it is the biggest reason people do not pursue their dreams and passions. And none of the generalizations we could dare to make about money will hold water when you start listening to the calls we’ve got lined up for today! You’ll get some powerful tools for creating it, managing it, understanding it, manifesting more of it and improving your relationship with money in general.
These four dynamite women are a powerhouse of prosperity! Enjoy!
Ali Brown (Interviewed by Tera Warner) Okay, I admit it. Ali Brown knocked my socks off BIG TIME. There were a few pieces I took from this interview that truly rocketed my life forward in a big way. I stopped making compromises about the quality of professional and personal company I keep. I stopped being so diversified and started being more focused. Ali got all choked up when I asked her what her wish for women was and it was a powerfully moving call with some totally practical tips for women building a business, making money or simply leading a powerful life.
Mary Manin Morrissey (Interviewed by Tera Warner) Magnificence. There’s no other word for it. Mary is SO well-informed, so completely quoatable at all times. I loved her stories and have been repeating them so many times to inspire other people around me since this call. Mary’s a spiritual guru, but we brought her in to talk about money because she’s mastered the art of removing limitations, and I happen to know a few people who have lingering limitations about money and wealth in their lives. Make room for abundance, Ladies. This call will help make it happen.
Morgana Rae (Interviewed by Shannon Leone) If you feel like you’re stuck in a sticky relationship with money, then this you don’t want to miss this call. These are not some esoteric “think your way rich” ideas Morgana is talking about. She digs deep and gets you to examine and redesign your relationship with money and wealth. Sometimes we think we need to work harder to have more money, when working “harder” can have exactly the opposite effect. Find out what your relationship with money is and how you can improve it to start living the life you want with the freedom of choice you deserve.
Mari Smith (Interviewed by Tera Warner) I had no idea how much fun I would have with Mari. She was so completely organized for her interview, that I almost expected it to be boring, but she totally surprised me with her answers. I really “get” what social media marketing is about now, and this call made it happen. I used to feel a bit overwhelmed by it all, and just not sure how to approach Facebook and Twitter, but Mari not only gives AMAZING tips for how to use it, she simplifies it and clarifies how to use it in a way that totally inspired my confidence! The world is changing and we all have a certain degree of responsibility to inform ourselves about what’s happening out there if we want to keep up and get our message out to the world in a powerful way.
“Zzzz…”
Regrettably, that’s the sound I was making while I fell asleep tucking in my daughter last night. Thanks for allowing me room to be the multitasking mama and WISH hostess that I am. It sure keeps things real.
Even if my little love note about the speakers comes late, I just want to remind you that the link is always the same. It never changes. Every evening at 8pm we upload the new speakers. I prefer getting my message to you on time, but in the event that the unforeseen hiccups of my life as a self-employed, multitasking single mother of two should cause delays, know that this will not interfere with your ability to access the information.
Abundant thoughts and scads of cash to you,
Tera and Shannon
P.S.
Remember we’d love to get your feedback on the health calls, too! Really helps us honor the people who contributed and improve things for next year:

It’s the Greenest Day of the Year
Written by Tera on March 17, 2010 – -
It’s St. Patrick’s Day, and after a day of soaking in the wisdom of our health leaders, it’s no accident that we start talking about the pot o’ gold: MONEY! How serendipitously perfect!( All those technical glitches in the beginning made things fall together perfectly after all.)
I’ve been dying to share some exciting news with you, but it’s been a busy week of juggling kids and calendars, and I usually end up falling asleep while tucking in the kids at night. (Perhaps you can relate?
)
In Honor of the Luckiest Day of the Year, I Propose a Challenge!
If you listened to Dr. Ritamarie’s teleseminar in the health series, you know we discussed detox, the importance of cleansing and specifically the importance of including GREENS in your diet. Victoria Boutenko in her lecture sang the praises of green smoothies, too, and EVERYONE has been inspired and ecstatic about 71-year old Mimi Kirk whose raw food diet is keeping her looking younger than most 50 year olds I know.
The secret?

Greens!
Why just sit and listen to this stuff about greens, raw food and healthy living? Let’s put it into action and end this summit feeling better, looking younger and ready to take on life in a whole new way!!
If this was a live summit, I could serve you up special meals, but since we’re speckled all over the planet, I can simply invite you to join me in a
simple, green smoothie challenge, and what better day to invite you to try this out than on the greenest, luckiest day of the whole year?!!
We have exactly THREE full days left of our WISH Summit, so let’s make this a 3-day green smoothie challenge! Here are a few resources you can turn to if you’d like some support for this adventure:
I have a FREE 3-day green smoothie challenge HERE where you can get recipes, nutritional info, and some basic support. If you’d like to step it up a notch and try the next level of green smoothie adventure, we have a 10-day green smoothie challenge for $10 in honor of St. Patrick’s Day that you can check out here.
In the call with Dr. Ritamarie, she gives you access to a special gift where she’s got a lot of empowering information and nutritional resources about greens, too! You can still listen to that call until 8pm tonight. There’s also Victoria Boutenko’s books about green smoothies, which you can order for additional support and information.
So, the challenge has officially been launched!
What you choose to do with it is up to you!
I propose we follow the summit schedule. There are 3 days left of our official WISH Summit, so Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be your green smoothie days. You don’t have to eat ENTIRELY green smoothies if you’ve never done it before, but the more you do the better you’ll feel! Again you can check out the FREE 3-day program and 10-day green smoothie program if you have more questions or are new to green smoothies.
Now About Those Comments You’ve Been Sending Us
First of all, I wanted to let you know that I have been reading every single comment that has come in. I thank all of you for you positive feedback, and the contsructive criticism is welcome, too, so thank you. We’ve done our best to make these calls available for a significant period of time, but it is to be expected that lightning strike and other inevitable interferences pop up. (There are many summits that only leave a ONE HOUR WINDOW to listen to interviews, and we’re giving you 24-hours for each set.) While some have been saying we’re not giving enough time, others are managing to listen and prioritize things accordingly. I even received one email from someone who listened to one of the calls FIVE TIMES, because she was so insistent on getting everything she could from the call.
It would be impossible for us to accommodate EVERYONE’S circumstances and situation, but we do want you to finish with a win, so we’re not going to make just the sensuality calls available one more day, we’re going to make ALL the calls available for ONE LAST TIME for 24 hours *gulp* before we close up shop until next year with an all-new line-up of interviews.
We’ve Made Some Changes
Initially, we had our final category as a “Family” category, and I’d like to let you know that we’ve decided to pull that category. We will be moving the calls we had on that list to a bonus group, and you will have a chance to listen to them on the final day of the summit. As our summit was preparing to kick off, we were contacted by some incredible women and simply COULD NOT finish this summit without making absolutely sure these women voiced their message on our WISH stage. You’ll see that we now have a GRANDE FINALE performance set up, and I am very, very excited about these calls and what they will do to propel you into action and into creating a powerful, passionate, pleasure-filled life for yourself!
Women With Wishes
There’s one more very special thing we’ll be doing before our WISH Summit comes to a close. We’ll be featuring the work of three women who have worked hard to make their dreams come true, and who will be creating something special for participants of the WISH Summit. I would like to just be transparent here and say that no one at WISH will be making money from these endeavors. We would simply like to feature and celebrate the work of three inspiring women and include them as part of this event with us. I will start by showing off the first artist tomorrow! She’s hand-crafted an amazing piece of jewellry just for WISH and I’ve been wearing it for days! I am in love with it and can’t wait to share it with you!
Stay tuned!

Health at the Women’s International Summit for Health
Written by Tera on March 17, 2010 – -It’s all about health, guys and girls!
That’s the whole reason we’re here in the first place. We’ve been exploring a lot of different areas of our health (relationships, beauty, fitness, etc.) but tonight is reallly about your physical health issues and what you can do to improve them.
Did you listen to last night’s speakers?? I have had some great feedback so far and even get to do some bragging. People went crazy for Mimi Kirk’s interview and do you know *beaming with pride* that in one of her major interviews she attributed my 7-day raw food detox to being the program that kickstarted her enthusiasm and interest in healthier eating and the raw food diet!! How exciting is that!?!
I just came out of recording the “Grande Finale” fireworks presentation for our WISH Summit and it was MAGNIFICENT! I am SO excited to share this call with you. I have kids to tuck in and pepper with kisses, but I’ll be back a bit later with some surprises and some exciting news about what’s coming up in the next few days!
Give us your feedback on the beauty call here, and hunker down for a health session with tonight’s special guests:
Dr. Joe Mercola (Interviewed by Shannon Leone) Wth over 20 million visits a month, Dr. Mercola’s website is THE online natural health resource on the planet. In this interview with Shannon, she asks all the juicy questions about the most common ailments out there and what to do about it.
This call will be made available for FREE after the summit has ended, so if you’re crunched for time, might want to take a peek at…
Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo (Interviewed by Tera Warner) Since spring is just about here, we decided that it would be a great idea to focus on the kinds of simple things women can do to prepare themselves for a gentle detox. Dr. Ritamarie works with women all over the world who resolve everything from hormone issues, cancer, candida, brain-fog, fatigue, YOU NAME IT, just by making some simple dietary changes and simplifying their diets. This call gives you some practical to dos aaaand I have more to say about it a bit later. Going to make a special announcement/invitation to WISH participants for the remainder of our program together.
David Avocado Wolfe (Interviewed by Shannon Leone) Those of us familiar with the “Raw Food Movement” have seen this face and name a few times, but David is developing an international recognition for his revolutionary approach to eating! It’s not just about how long you’ll live, but the quality of your life and the impact your choices have on the generations to come. It’s not just about “surviving” it’s about thriving and feeling your health potential take new heights.
Susun Weed (Interviewed by Shannon Leone) I think the only book I referred to regularly during my pregnancy was Susun’s book “The Wise Woman Herbal for the Childbearing Years”. Being able to have this goddess of ancient wisdom as a part of our WISH summit is an honor. Know that by listening to this call, you’re connecting with the inherent, natural, powerful, intuitive wisdom of women. You’ll feel like you’re hearing things you “knew” inherently, but just needed reminding about. Tune into YOUR wisdom with Susun’s help and experience.
Enjoy this evening’s presentations! I’m off to smooch my little ones and will be back with more updates soon.
Happy, healthy and having a great time,
Tera and Shannon

Beauty at the Women’s International Summit for Health
Written by Tera on March 16, 2010 – -Mirror, Mirror on the wall…
…YOU are the fairest of them all!
First of all, what did you think of those fabulous fitness calls? Tell me! Tell me! I have been absolutely craving a session of Sheila Kelley’s S-factor since those calls went up last night.
Tonight is your beauty boot camp. Check out our cellulite-busting beauties and wrinkle-free warriors who are out there trying to make a beautiful world and inspire the confidence of women everywhere!
Ginger Burr (Interviewed by Tera Warner) Get rid of your tacky sweaters and v-neck t-shirts and get a style you LOVE. I can say that getting a personal image consultant made a HUGE impact on my confidence a few years ago. We’ve done our best to help you by-pass the $400 consultation and pack as many potent style tips and tricks as we could into this fabulous call with Ginger!
Tonya Zavasta (Interviewed by Shannon Leone) Maybe it’s not what you do, it’s what you don’t do that makes all the difference in your beauty routine. I swear every time I see a new picture of Tonya, she looks younger than ever. This interview is loaded with powerful beauty tricks that all women should know, but unfortunately most don’t! You don’t need to invest scads of cash in fancy beauty products, when the simplest, most effective solutions are natural ones. And no one knows that better than…
Janice Cox (Interviewed by Tera Warner) I got Janice to share as many secret home recipes as possible. In this call she actually did a complete head-to-toe beauty treatment by recommending what natural home ingredients to use for your hair, skin, face, legs, etc. Find new uses for your overripe avocados and save a small fortune at the pharmacy, too!
Mimi Kirk (Interviewed by Shannon Leone) You would never guess looking at her that she’s over 70, but she is and the world is taking notice. Having been voted the sexiest vegetarian over 50, Miki Kirk is an inspiration and in this call she shares a few of the things she does that will her keep drinking from the fountain of youth for a long time still to come.
A Few More Things…
Due to the technical difficulties we had in the beginning, we will be playing the sensuality calls for another 24 hour block to ensure everyone gets the chance to list! That will happen after the end of our summit.
Upgrading to WISHClub or the WISH recordings:
Some of you have been asking if you can sign up for WISH Club or upgrade to the recordings at any time in the future. We don’t want to just sell you another info product that sits on your electronic book shelf for a year. We want to make sure you get the most out of this experience and out of your investment. That’s why we’re doing two things:
1. We’re investing an entire year by sending out weekly minders and little action steps to keep you focused and on track and to make sure you get the most out of the calls.
2. We’re closing access to these programs on March 31st. After that, you will no longer be able to purchase these programs.
Speaking of beauty, I have TWO very special announcements to make and I’ll be doing it on the blog! Promise to update you as soon as I get it done! Until then, make the most of your adventure, and watch how amazing things start to happen when you decide to prioritize yourself.
Yours for a cellulite-free world,
Tera and Shannon

Fitness at the Women’s International Summit for Health
Written by Tera on March 15, 2010 – -At the end of a big day with kids, cooking, laundry, swimming lessons and a dozen other things I’ve already forgotten, I have finally made it here to update you on the next set of WISH callers.
Well, we’ve reached the halfway mark, and I admit I’m almost saddened by the speed at which it’s all happening. I’m delighted to see that many of you have decided to join WISHClub, as that means we’ll be getting to know each other for a long time to come.
Before diving into the next set of calls, I would love to know what you thought of the last series of speakers. Please give us your feedback on the Food calls here and your feedback on the Relationship calls by clicking here.
Each feedback form has a prize to offer and we’ll be announcing the winners on the blog soon.
About Neale Donald Walsch’s calls:
It’s amazing how many people have contacted us requesting to have further access to the call by Neale Donald Walsch, and I’m delighted this is the case.
Due to the nature of Neale’s work, upon agreeing to do the interview with us, he requested that we make his call available to all callers permanently. We were so moved and impressed by his gesture, that we decided to make 2 other calls available for free even after our summit has ended. Stay tuned for access to
Neale Donald Walsch, Marianne Williamson & Dr. Joe Mercola.
These three calls you can listen to as much as you’d like. We’ll give you more information about this when our summit has ended.
Many of you have been asking if we can make all the calls available for an extended period of time due to your family, work and personal situations.
We put these together and offered them for free for 10 days, but this is supposed to be a profitable project for us, too. Hopefully, the way we are able to support our families by doing this is to offer a service good enough that women are inspired to purchase access to the calls, or join our ongoing WISHClub where we will actually take an entire YEAR to put the information in these calls into action.
If money is an issue, we have a no-refusal policy.
We accept all payment plans and work exchange and other forms of exchange. Money should never get in the way of your health, but it’s also true that a lot of money and time have gone into the creation of this event, and by offering the recordings we hope to get a return on our investment. We choose to offer it free in celebration of Women’s Day and to ensure that anyone can access these calls at least once.
We’d love to support you in moving on to WISHClub or getting the recordings, because we really believe that being able to apply this information requires more than just listening. It requires support and practice to help you put things into action and make them a part of your everyday life.
And speaking of action, tonight’s speakers are all about it! On the menu for tonight’s all-you-can-eat empowerment buffet is:
Rainbeau Mars (Interviewed by Shannon Leone) You don’t need to be able to turn yourself into a pretzel to make the most of this call. In fact, you may be delighted and surprised to know that the simplest things, (like breathing for example) are often overlooked for their importance in helping you achieve true health and wellness. Rainbeau has lots of great wisdom for women!
Sheila Kelley (Introduced by Tera Warner) Dynamite! Smokin’ hot dynamite. This call is a MUST for all women. If you’re not familiar with her work, it doesn’t even matter. Every day STILL I think about the call and the impact that it had on me! I’ve not been as disciplined at doing her interview, but since today is dedicated to Fitness, I may just pull it out and get my curves on!
Peter Cerqua (Interviewed by Shannon Leone) I admit that I was a bit skeptical about the idea that a 90-second fitness routine would do much good, until I tried it. WHOA! This call is going to be the kick-start you need to get back into a fitness routine, boost your metabolism and look like a million bucks!
Jennifer Jimenez (Interviewed by Tera Warner) Oooooh,
I really hope you’ll get the chance to listen to this one, too, because it’s really empowering. If you’ve ever wanted to dance, but felt to shy to let yourself go, then listen to this call. We actually spent half the call dancing!! I also shared a pretty personal story that gave us both goosebumps! It was a really amazing experience. This call changed a lot in both our worlds immediately! Chances are it’ll do the same for yours, too.
REMEMBER:
Do whatever you can during the course of our time together to apply the information you’re learning here. Those of you who were strutting your stuff a few days ago after listening to Patty Contenta’s call, are you still squeezing and lifting in all the right places?
It’s great to listen to these calls and be inspired by them, but it’s another thing all together to make them a part of your daily life.
Get your groove on, Girlfriend, and move that beautiful body!
Shake, wriggle and bust a move,
Tera and Shannon

Relationships on the Women’s International Summit for Health
Written by Tera on March 14, 2010 – -As you know, last night I escaped for a time of play with the love of my life. I got all gussied up and hit the town in my high heel boots.
We ate a great salad in a trendy restaurant, then hit the red-eye cinema for a late romantic comedy. It was at about the moment we arrived at the cinema that a subject came up in our conversations which “rubbed me the wrong way”.
Let’s blame it on the hour, my infamous red hair, or the “stress” we’ve both been under, but cuddles turned crusty and we ended up in a back and forth bickering session that finally resolved itself at 6:11a.m., when we decided to make our way to the top of the mountain to watch the sun rise.

It was magnificent. A new day. A new perspective. A renewed commitment to trust, to communicate, to believe always in the best parts of each other and to open ourselves further to love and to Life. It all ended in kisses and gushing affection, with the remarkable feeling that we’d both just discovered each other for the very first time.
How appropriate that tonight’s line-up of speakers is on “Relationships”.
Tonight’s interviews will go a long way to inspiring your commitment to powerful, positive relationships. Here’s a bit of what to expect from this evening’s 5-star line-up!
Enjoy!
Marianne Williamson (Interviewed by Shannon Leone) If you only listen to the first 10 minutes of this interview, it will have been worth it. Shannon shares the story of what happened to her when she was lost, orphaned and homeless as a young girl. Marianne’s reaction is surprising! Then later in the call, Shannon practically got her wrists slapped for making a comment about “mother-in-laws”. Marianne Williamson is not to be missed, but, neither are…
Gay and Katie Hendricks (Interviewed by Tera Warner) It’s almost unreal the degree to which these two people emit love and complete affinity for one another. love d this call. They are such a dynamite team that even listening to them will have a profound impact on the way you interact with your partner. They talk about “commitment” in a way that made my jaw drop, and they have mastered the art of loving one another and themselves fully, but it wasn’t always that way, and they admit it on this call.
Mat Boggs (Interviewed by Tera Warner) If you have ever been in a bumpy relationship with a man, then prepare for a few forehead slaps! I can’t count the number of times I thought to myself, “If only I have known that before I started dating!” This call makes time fly! Mat’s playful personality and shockingly accurate insights will keep your pen busy scribbling notes to prep you for your next encounter with a “man”.
Heather Forbes (Interviewed by Tera Warner) Let’s address some of the most important relationships of all–the relationships we have with children. Whether you have children of your own or not, today’s children will be your opinion leaders tomorrow. We are all responsible for the well-being of children on this planet, and this call with Heather Forbes should be pre-requisite to parenting and would be common knowledge in any truly peaceful civilization, and as Heather says, it really all comes down to love.
There have been a lot of questions coming in and I’ll spend some time this evening to answer them on the blog. Questions about the availability of calls, how to upgrade to the recordings or our online monthly coaching program, etc. For now, fix yourself a hot cup of tea and settle in for some ultra empowering information.
At the end of your life, you won’t care if you ate enough broccoli or if you went to the gym three times a week, but you will look back at the relationships you’ve had and wonder if you loved the best you could.
Raise the bar on your relationships tonight!
Love!
Tera and Shannon

What You Said About the Sensuality Speakers for WISH
Written by Tera on March 13, 2010 – -
First of all, thank you SO much to all of you who took the time to share your feedback with us. It’s SO valuable to know what you thought of the calls. THANK YOU! In the spirit of sharing the good vibrations, I decided to put a few of the positive comments on the blog. It was fascinating to see how the same call that drove one woman nuts, brought another woman to tears with gratitude. How magical and exciting to see our diversity shining through!!
I’ve been feeling almost “Zen” at the realization that for the last 24 hours, most people have had their attention on “spirituality” and have been soaking up the calls with Neale Donald Walsch, Janet Attwood, Brian Johnson and Sonia Choquette! Very exciting and tranformational stuff we’re dealing with here.
The positive feedback has been coming in already!
If you’d like to let us know what you think about the spirituality calls, you can do that here! (We’ll be offering a little giveaway as an incentive for the people who fill out the surveys. Just to thank you for your time and keep it playful.)
Before I share with you some feedback that’s been coming in (and I have read every single note amongst the hundreds and hundreds coming in, so THANK YOU!) I’d like you to read this. The reason is that I almost decided to pull this call from the line-up. I love Roe, but I was aware that the recording hadn’t been great and was afraid some people might find it lacked “substance.” My assumptions were that it wasn’t “deep” enough.
Was I ever wrong.
I just wanted to let you know what a huge impact this call was for me. Well over a decade ago before I had met my husband I was raped. Twice actually, within a six month period. I sought counseling, and felt like I had made *some* progress. When Dr. Roe started speaking about how she had a select group of women who were going through the healing process of dealing with rape, she mentioned how important it was to not only forgive the person, but to forgive *yourself*. And when she said this, I sat back in my chair, and it was mind blowing to me that through all my counseling, I had never really forgiven myself. And I DID feel that part of it was my fault. And because of that, I did in some part of myself, want to be invisible. I WANTED to blend, because I couldn’t fathom going through that again. Because (and here’s the life changing part) I had linked my gorgeous fit self, that woman who had worked at a gym, to the rape, to the man who stalked me, because of my looks, because of my toned physique. He sought me out, made me think he knew me (he didn’t) and then he drugged me. I forgave him, but I blamed myself for what happened. maybe if I hadn’t been pretty, maybe if I hadn’t been wearing such a pretty dress he wouldn’t have approached me. And slowly over the last ten years I tried to erase that girl completely from my life. And I realized that I had done this to myself *on purpose* subconciously, but still. It kept me from living the life I have truly wanted to live. And from the bottom of my heart I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for bringing this summit, and allowing me to heal. It may take me a few months, but you know what? At least now I know where to start. :O)
Here’s a look at what you had to say about some of these calls:
Dr. Gina Ogden (interviewed by Tera)
“Very powerful stuff. Still sitting with much of what I learned. Thank you. This is my spring break week and your summit is really making it a special week for me. It is also my birthday week and I feel like I’ve been given a wonderful gift from you. Merci!”
“Wow!! She really busted some misconceptions I had about woman’s sexuality!! Amazing information!! Thank you so much for having her on!!! It’s just so incredible to me that my life can be so dramatically changed just by listening to an hour’s worth of conversation!! I somehow feel so liberated, so free, and so accepting of all my quirks just by having listened to this call!! Thank you so much for this one!!”
“I LOVE her. I am going to read everyone of her books! I felt so incredibly Powerful after this call! Thank you sooo much. I have studied training as a Sacred Prostitute… which is bringing back the Temple Virgins. It’s beautiful. When I’m in Temple learning sacred sex I feel free and joyful as a little kid! This call went right along with all the beautiful things I’m learning. Thank you, thank you for sharing this with so MANY women!”
“This was so informative and very thought provoking. I really enjoyed learning about the link between sexuality and spirituality. It makes so much sense! I also found it fascinating that most women would be afraid to wear a button that says, ” I love sex!” It was very eye opening to learn how our patriarchal society is still leading our consciousness. I learned a lot!”
“Tera and Shannon were both amzingly insightful as interviewers…this applies to all 4 interviews.
I LOVED Dr Gina Ogden…all of her info was expressed so eloquently, and yet so user-friendly. The Vestial Virgin material was truly enlightening…and I laughed myself silly over the term “thinking-off”!…..to which I plead guilty….”
Terra Wise (Interviewed by Shannon)
Beautiful! Earthy! Powerful! I love Terra Wise. Thank you for this call. It has set me on a new journey of exploration!
Loved the cross cultural perspective. Also the creative way that she introduced the ideas and possibilities. Very content rich. Very mind stretching. Really sweet.
She really is wise. i love her native knowledge. and her in depth knowledge in general. very fascinating. loved it! i am very interested in native shamanic practices. healing wholeness, not just sensulaity. i like her calm voice and way of speaking
I appreciated your willingness and clarity when speaking of the taboo. thank you for your support of women and just talking about. i got it.
My favorite speaker of this group! Her energy was radiating out of my computer. So much practical and empowering information. Even though many of the techniques suggested were simplistic (and almost obvious), they came from such a genuine and clearly well-rooted place. I deeply felt Terra’s compassion, knowledge and deep sense of caring for all women’s experiences. Thank you for introducing me to her and her marvelous work!
Patty Contenta (Interviewed by Tera Warner)
This was my favorite call!!! Patty Contenta radiated so much enthusiasm, so much zest, so much vitality!!! I really truly enjoyed hearing her interview! I even enjoyed hearing her voice! Even if she were reading her tax returns on the call I would still listen to her! Ha Ha =) OK, so maybe there’s a little bit of a bias on my part here. Having been a former dancer also, I could relate 100% to everything Patty Contenta says about moving the body in a way that beautifully expresses sensuality! Thank you for this interview! =)
Haha, Patty’s was great too! The interaction between Patty and Tera was great, and I definitely put to use some of the things I learned in this call right away (while walking to the supermarket from my car…
)
Wow,sister.I began practising right in my office. Thanks for the awareness you brought to me.I am one of these women who wear the flat shoes.I appreciate all the tips.
Wow. I have no words for this call. I started practicing my walk this morning walking to work

LOVED IT!!! Have been walking all over my house and practicing sitting like she described! Makes me laugh at all the expectations and rules that we as women learn about how to “be feminine” though… the contrast between the idea being sensual by just Being Yourself and all the little secrets you can incorporate to expressing sensuality by moving in particular ways (which doesn’t feel like Being Myself at all!)
THE STUFF WORKS!!!GOSH I HAD AN INSTANT RESPONSE FROM MY LOVER
))))))))))))))))))) LOVE IT!
Roe Gallo (Interviewed by Tera Warner)
Roe’s enthusiasm is beautiful and simply infectious! I was instantly inspired. I loved her solid advice and Tera I really appreciated that you had her give some examples of how she lives them. I’m sure a lot of what she does is second nature to her now, but for people that are not as “blissed out” as Roe, it is important to see what daily life might look like if we were as happy as she.
What a fun lady, I can tell – very vivacious! Because I had done studies in these areas for myself in the past, I didn’t learn as much as likely other women, but if I hadn’t, I could just see her being the super-coolest girlfriend to hang around – very uplifting and I know her clients get a lot from her! (P.S. I want her bathtub hehe)

I adore this gal! She was a hoot to listen to, I was laughing majority of the time. Her direct aproach was what held my attention, whe she talked about doing things that give yourself pleasure and do you want to change our body more than you want certain foods, if not then you have to accept your body the way it is. She’s right you have to be willing to make changes even though its hard. Plus I love her obession with shoes.
The energy in this call was GREAT! I really enjoyed how much Roe and Tera laughed together–what a fun call, and a great way to see first hand the sparkle that Patty was talking about that woman can bring! And I loved how HONEST Roe was about everything!
Remember! You can let us know what you think about the Spirituality calls HERE!

The Spirit of WISH: Women’s International Summit for Health
Written by Tera on March 12, 2010 – -YOU are not your body.
It has been so valuable to get your feedback. Thank you! It’s AMAZING to see how each person has such different reactions to the calls. What puts one woman to sleep lights the other on fire. Fascinating and FUN! I’m so glad we put it all out there!
I looooooove tonight’s line up. I’ll share a bit about each of the presenters with you, if you don’t mind. Just to give you a sense of what to expect.

Neale Donald Walsch (Interviewed by Tera Warner) Wow! This guy is seriously downloading information at lightning speed. In a lot of these calls, I had the impression that I had to speed up my thinking process just to keep up with them. THIS was one of those calls.
A little confession: It’s not the easiest thing in the world to interview people who’ve been interviewed a bazillion times. I asked Neale if Life still holds mystery for him, because he says he has the answer to everything. I loved his reaction to this question and the last question I asked on the call.
Janet Attwood (Interviewed by Tera Warner) She and I had such a hard time finally catching up with each other, but when we did it was dynamite. This call is SO moving. At the end, she and I were both in tears! SUCH a powerful call for anyone who is moved to live their best life. What she said about the reason we pursue our passion was so selfless and profound I still get teary eyed when I think about it.
Brian Johnson (Interviewed by Tera Warner) You can literally hear my brain needing to increase its speed on this call. I love, love, love talking with Brian because is like plugging into high powered soul fuel.
He’s read SO many books, at one point in the call you can hear I was trying to get some tips and “shortcuts” out of him, but it backfired. He’s a genius and if this call doesn’t inspire you to step things up a notch or two in your life, nothing will. YUM!
Sonia Choquette (Interviewed by Shannon Leone) If you have ever wanted to tap into your intuition, THIS is your call. After I listened to this call I became convinced, no… COMMITTED to trust my my “gut” feelings, especially when they’re negative. She tells two stories that I loved. One about her daughter, and another about a man who literally saved his life by following Sonia’s suggestions about how to handle his “intuition” when it came bubbling up at top speed.
So, that’s the scoop on Spirituality.
I’m sorry this comes out a bit later than I would have liked, but it takes longer than you’d think to piece these words and pretty pictures together. The call with Barbara De Angelis left me stunned and speechless with admiration for this woman, and I can’t wait for you to get a sense of her magnitude. But that is for another day.
Before you dive into the pool of peaceful living…
1. Take a long deep breath and let it go out your nose.
2. Look around you and notice something.
3. Arrive and be fully present in THIS moment.
With passion and purpose,
Tera Warner and Shannon Leone
