Raw Kids Recipe: Sunflower Dilly Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 C sunflower seeds, soaked 1 hour then rinsed
- 1-2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 1 large lemon, squeezed
- ½ t Celtic sea salt
- 2 T dill weed, chopped
Directions:
Blend everything except the fresh dill until smooth and creamy. With a spatula, pour out into a bowl and add the dill weed and stir in.
