it's been SO hard for me to REMEMBER to get adequate sodium, on the raw vegan diet.

so i'm living off of SWISS CHARD...

- celery doesn't really work, too much water dilutes sosium.

- spinach, just barely enough for me to function

- seaweed, definetly possible to live off of seaweed, but it's overly processed and smelly.

so i got it down to SWISS CHARD. (i carry frozen spinach, and dried seaweed as backups) and of course i have sea salt, as emergency.

funny how my body works... all i truly need to function is SODIUM...i hate protein carbs, fat... but sodium the main mineral for electrolytes and muscle contractions, thinking... GOTTA HAVE THAT! lol.

all those low sodium vegetables are USELESS to me...

It's great to get more nettle recipes from Heather. But why is there a picture of hedge garlic at the top of the page? To confuse readers?

Is it a coincidence that this interview was released on 8 May? The day my mom was born and the official end day of World War 2 in Europe? Water is our modern gold and diamond, as precious as Love and Gratitude. Thank you, Tera, for this reminder and hope.

I made the nettle infusion last night – I’m sure I will get there, but I am not brave enough to drink it on its own just yet… I carefully sampled a sip and thought it would lend itself nicely to a savory taste. So I expanded a bit on your miso suggestion…

I let some wakame, arame and dulse soak in the warm infusion for about 10 minutes - removed and chopped. I added a spoonful of miso, a spoonful of cashew cheese and sent it for a whirl in the blender poured it in a bowl and added the chopped seaweed. Wow, quite yummy – I’m going to keep this up and watch my hair, skin and nails thank me! Thanks for the wonderful ideas!

We have lost our true love, which is loving each other and only wanting the best for other human beings. Its all about money, if you and I loose the weight who makes any money. What about the medical field, if we get in better health, we won't be dieing from heart attacks, cancer and look at all the money being made from all of us "diabetics". We would destroy this country, the insurance companies, the lawyers, judges, all of the medicines they would have to get ride of. What about all the people we support would be out of business. Once greed takes over it is almost impossible to turn things around. It is to the point that raw is the only thing that we can eat without getting drugged. But greed is getting into the raw world also, the very cost that we are ask to pay is mind blowing also. I grew-up on a fram for 21 years and the cost is not out there in fairytale land. Support your local farmers, buy from them so they can help keep the cost down. There are lots of information out there from people who really care, I have been studing Natural, Homeopathic and alternative approaches to medical care for 40 years now. I am a born-again "Christ"ian and I believe Jesus is the great Physican, the Bible tells use to do all things in moderation. If we really want the truth, it only takes a small amount of food to keep us alive. I believe this program is the best start to get your life back on track. But don't just do the program and think you can be ok for ever, as soon as you start eating the bad food again, you are in trouble, again. May God Bless each of you.
