I make enzyme cleaners out of my organic kitchen scraps. Yes, you heard correctly, you don’t have to donate handfuls of dollars to clean your domestic soils, you can easily make them yourself.
One evidently humdrum day, I decided to learn how to make my own enzyme cleaner and set out on the quest. What started as a simple idea turned into a compulsion, then finally a success! Now I have in my possession both a lifetime supply of bottled enzymes and a bucket full of knowledge to share.
So, here’s how to do it.

Raw Food Recipe: Raw Green Garlic Kale Chips
How To Make A Yummy and Healthy Raw Kale Snack
- by Kristen Hayton
After eating a $7.00 bag of Kale chips the other day, I decided to experiment with dehydrating my own.
Kale has many benefits. Kale contains dietary fiber, which promotes regular digestion, prevents constipation, lowers blood sugar and curbs overeating. Kale is high in anti-oxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties, and contains vitamin K, C, and A.
This recipe contains a paste to coat the kale to add flavor and other health benefits.
After a few tries, I came up with this recipe that even my teenagers will eat!
Whether you’re following an all-raw diet or simply want to eat more greens, here is a great recipe that won’t break the bank. It is also super easy and quick to make.

- by Shakaya Leone
This recipe is a scentual inspiration by our upcoming WISH Summit guest, Shakaya Leone, whose work inspires us to move toward exquisite self-care.
Food is about who we are and who we want to become. I want to intercept your food doldrums and spark the magic in your everyday life. Undress your food and eat it nude; fresh, raw, unadulterated beautiful food. It’s the sexiest way to eat and will seduce you into happiness, open your heart, and you will love every bite you take. Some of the most loving bites you’ll ever take will be in my show-stopping key lime mousse recipe, which follows:

When you take a sprightly step to your local woodland for a sunny spring stroll, you may be greeted by the tantalizing whiff of garlic on a beckoning breeze. If you follow your nose, your heart will be rewarded by an emerald carpet of sulfurous splendor, laid out before you on the forests ferny floor. You have just struck Wild Gold!
