90-Day Communication CleanseHow to Make Peace & Achieve Understanding When Opinions, Personalities and Moods Clash

- by Tera Warner

In honor of upcoming Mother’s Day, Father’s Day around the corner and the start of our 90-Day Communication Cleanse, I’m delighted to present this interview with a dear friend and my family counselor. He’s an amazing person and WITHOUT DOUBT my mentor in communication. I learn SO much from him.

This call is a fabulous conversation about how we can learn to understand and appreciate one another in spite of, or actually because of, our differences. I invited him to come and speak to our community during our  “Raw Mom Cooked Dad” series of interviews. If you struggle butting heads with someone you care about, get frustrated with people you can’t relate to, or would simply like to improve and upgrade your own communication habits, you will absolutely LOVE this interview with Darrel.

So, here’s how to do it.

Citizens of Planet Earth, This is an Emergency!

If someone from another planet asked you what Earth Day was all about, what would you say?

Perhaps you say something typical like, “It’s a chance to reflect upon all on the gifts we receive from our planet and to show our appreciation.” (yawn)

Would that alien visitor then think, “Wow, that’s really nice!” or “Wow, that’s really twisted!“?

Showing appreciation is certainly very nice and all, but when it comes to things we depend on for our very survival, shouldn’t appreciation and respect in regards to the Earth be just common place, every day, naturally occurring, guiding principles, and something we shouldn’t need to be told to do?

Yep! But evidently, that’s not the case.

We can all relate to the discomfort and embarrassment of a bloated belly and gassy gut! In my search to find natural fertility solutions, my husband and I were led to a rather flatulent discovery.

After I started learning more about digestion, I found that experiencing these symptoms on a regular basis is definitely not normal. Any time that this happens, it means that our body is in a state of dis-ease; these are all signs of indigestion.  Our bodies are trying to tell us something!
