4 Super Simple Raw Vegan Dips To Punch Up Your Next Potluck!

Nothing makes snacks and potlucks better than dips, sauces and spreads! We hope these tasty flavor combinations will be options for the life of your dinner party, something special you put together for yourself as a treat from time to time, or as a more substantial meal.

Peach Mango Salsa

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

• 2 mangos, peeled and diced
• 2 peaches, peeled and diced
• 1 green onion, finely diced
• juice of 1 lime
• add one clove garlic and celtic sea salt (optional)

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Chill for flavors to combine.
3. Serve.

Amy’s Guacamole

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe avocados
• 1 ripe roma tomato
• 2 tablespoons fresh minced coriander (cilantro)
• 1 tablespoon fresh minced onion
• juice of 1⁄2 lime
• sprinkle cumin (optional)

Directions:

1. Peel and pit the avocados – place the flesh into a sealable container (keep the pits aside).
2. Dice the tomato and add to avocados.
3. Add coriander, lime juice and cumin.
4. Use a potato masher OR your hands (adding some love) to mix the ingredients and mash the avocado.

Note: Don’t make it too smooth. The chunks of avocado are delicious! Put the avocado pits on top of the mixture, seal the container and place in the fridge for several hours so the flavor can combine. Delicious eaten with romaine lettuce and sprouts or on celery sticks.

Cashew Dip

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

• 1 1⁄2 cups raw cashews
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon dill weed
• 1 basil leaf, or more
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 4 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions:

1. Blend.
2. Serve with veggies like celery, carrot, peppers and cucumber.

Avocado Mayonnaise

Servings: 6-10

Ingredients:

• 1 tomato
• 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
• 1 handful fresh basil leaves
• 1 avocado
• 1-2 tablespoons kelp powder OR sea salt, to taste

Directions:

1. Blend tomato with lemon juice and basil leaves.
2. Add avocado and blend until smooth.
3. Add kelp powder OR sea salt to taste.

Note: Mayonnaise should be fairly thick and can be used in lettuce wraps, with veggie sticks or as a salad dressing.
