Fresh raw juices are a GREAT way to help beat the heat during a hot summer’s day, wouldn’t you say? And with this thirst-quenching (AND immune-boosting!) fresh and raw green juice recipe up your sleeve, you’re sure to stay cool… as a cucumber!

Raw Green Juice Recipe: Cool as a Cucumber!

Makes about 1 quart/ 32 oz/ 4 cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups zucchini
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 – 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 slivers of ginger
  • ½  granny smith apple or more, optional for added sweetness

Directions:

Simply juice the ingredients through your trusty juicer, et voila! Sip and experience the awesome power of juice!
