It’s Easier Than You Think to Be Healthy! 

Hey Rule-bending Party-Lover,

‘Tis the season. Already! 😉

It started in Canada with marathons of mashed potatoes last weekend, next week buckets of sweets will spill in the streets, then another cornicopia of consumption begins in the US before a plethora of presents and shopping sprees brings us right up to the new year where it begins all over again!

*whew!*

It’s easy to go with the social flow of the season, and it’s fun to be “one of the gang” but we usually end up with a few more pounds around the middle and a lot less dollars in our wallet than we’d like.

There’s a better way. 🙂

With just a few simple tips set into motion early in the season, you’ll be a slim fish swimming upstream when the rest of your friends and loved ones are battling it out with post-holiday pudge.

Celebration is fun. But we don’t have to associate it with overeating and a sugar rush to have a good time.

Before all this white sugar and processed food, we had different, healthier traditions. In the haste to chase the next paycheck we’ve chosen the compromise of “convenience”  at the cost of our health.

Now we have to get creative, return to the basics without losing the fun and festivities.
