Get Your Green On!  More Delicious Smoothie Recipes For You To Try!

Have you fallen into a rut with your green smoothie habits?  I know I sometimes do.  If you’re anything  like me,  I tend to to use the same recipes over and over again.  That’s why I want to share three smoothie recipes from one of our books that might kick-start your creativity.  These sound delish!  And with spring and summer coming, and the abundance of fresh, colorful fruits like strawberries and peaches, I thought it would be great to share some recipe ideas to help us get out of the rut of same-old, same old! Enjoy!

Green Squeeze Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 mangos
  • 2 whole oranges
  • 1 cup dandelion greens
  • 1 bunch parsley

Directions:

Blend and enjoy!

 

I’m Starved Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 mangos
  • 2 pears
  • 2 kiwi
  • 4-5 large ribs of celery
  • water to taste

Directions:

Blend and enjoy!

This is excellent after a great workout!

 

It’s a Peach of a Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 4 peaches
  • 4-5 kale leaves
  • ½ bunch mint
  • water (to taste)

Directions:

Blend and enjoy!
