Let’s face it – mornings can be hectic!  That’s why the simplicity and deliciousness of a healthy green smoothie is a no brainer – not only is it quick, but you head out with an amazing burst of energy!  This one is particularly delicious – with a hint of cinnamon to spice up your day!

 

Raw Food Recipe: Morning Green Smoothie

Morning Green

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 handful frozen strawberries                                              
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful of chopped kale
  • 1 handful of cilantro
  • dash of cinnamon
  • agave (to taste)

 

 

Directions:

Add water and blend or puree for 3-4 minutes.
