Raw Recipe: Three-Minute Burrito

In a rush? Make dinner in three minutes flat with this great buritto recipe. Made with the goodness of avocados, you’ll reap the benefits of good fats, potassium and B vitamins to name a few.

Raw Recipe: Three-Minute Burrito

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • romaine lettuce leaves
  • chopped tomato
  • juice of one lemon
  • chopped onion
  • chopped garlic
  • dash of cumin
  • dash chili powder
  • pinch of cayenne and salt

Directions:

Mash avocado in a bowl. Mix in lemon juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, cayenne and salt. Wrap avocado mixture with tomatoes and onions in the romaine lettuce leaves.
