Raw Recipe: Seduced By Sesame

Sesame seeds, found in tahini, add a delicate, nutty flavour to this delicious salad. Sesame seeds provide a very good source of manganese and copper, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin B1, zinc and dietary fiber. Enjoy!
Raw Recipe: Seduced by Sesame
Salad Ingredients:
- 3-4 cups or more of mixed baby greens
- 2-3 onions, chopped
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup sunflower sprouts
Dressing Ingredients:
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes OR 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons tahini (may be replaced by almond butter)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh dill, cilantro OR parsley
Directions:
Blend all dressing ingredients together until smooth. Toss salad ingredients with dressing. Makes 1 serving.
