Raw Recipe: Quinoa Tabouli
Ingredients:
- 1 C quinoa, cooked or sprouted
- ½ C cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- ½ C cucumber, chopped
- 1 C fresh parsley
- 1 C lemon juice
- ½ C mint chopped
- ½ C olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
Mix everything together and let stand in a serving bowl a few minutes.
