Raw Recipe: Quinoa Tabouli

Ingredients:

  • 1 C quinoa, cooked or sprouted
  • ½ C cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • ½ C cucumber, chopped
  • 1 C fresh parsley
  • 1 C lemon juice
  • ½ C mint chopped
  • ½ C olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:

Mix everything together and let stand in a serving bowl a few minutes.
