Raw Recipe: Wild Greens and Raspberries

This month we all have a tendency to indulge.  Sometimes you just want to get back to basics with some easy to make, downright good for you raw foods.  This recipe fits the bill.

Wild Greens and Raspberries

Ingredients:

  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 ½ pints of raspberries
  • Small amount of raw agave nectar to taste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ cup of stone crushed olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of mustard seed
  • Celtic salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ pound of baby spring mix

Directions:

 Add the lemon juice, raspberries, garlic, olive oil, mustard seed, and Celtic salt and black pepper to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour over the baby spring mix and serve.
