4 Things to do RIGHT NOW To Prevent Breast Cancer [VIDEO]

by Meghan Telpner

We’re all aware if breast cancer, right? We see the pink ribbons, the walks and talks. I’m over this awareness thing because at the end of the day- even when you are blessed with early detection, you still have cancer to deal with.

In the video below, I have outlined four incredibly easy things you can do right now to start working to prevent breast cancer- and it’s not what you think. I’m not telling you to switch your whole diet to organic and soy-free-vegan or telling you to start pumping yourself full of green juice (though both in moderation, with a smile on your face would help).

4-Tips for Preventing Breast Cancer

The four tips I have outlined are crazy easy and require minimal, if any change to the way you’re already living.

There are of course no guarantees, but I feel comfort in knowing that I did everything I could to make sure the cards are stacked in my favour of maintaining my health. Early prevention is worth every itty bitty effort. Check out my four tips  and when you’re done watching, share below what other little itty bitty things you do to stay on the health train:

    Hi,
Having already had breast cancer once at a young age (33) I am taking steps each day to hopefully prevent it from ever coming back! The most important things I do are to make my own green juices every morning and drink them on an empty stomach. Also I try to include some kind of cruciferous vegetable in my daily menu. This is usually in the form of a kale smoothie, but sometimes broccoli soup or other type of green in my smoothie. I also be sure to include flaxseed in my smoothies. I am also trying to include more anti-cancer foods such as beans, mushrooms, onions, berries and limiting my intake of animal products. I go organic as much as possible. Finally, I try to be very conscious about the amount of sugar I have in my diet because I think it’s one of the worst things to put into my body and is a cancer feeder for sure.

I also use glass containers, eat organic as much as possible, and never where a bra at home. One big thing I do for my lymph glands is to bounce on a rebounder almost daily. I can just feel my lymph glands being massaged and worked as I bounce. It’s incredible. I also practice yoga several times a week. Movement and relaxation are so important. Of course, I eat a healthy diet and try to manage my stress as best I can.

I forgot to add one more important thing I do for cancer prevention and that is to add Chaga mushroom powder to my teas and green smoothies. According to David Wolfe, chaga is major cancer preventative.

First, thank you for the four tips. I already do dry brushing all over my body before i shower. I use all organic produce as well. I also add an herbal green powder blend to my green/fruit smoothie in the mornings of which i make. It has a base of barley, kamut, wheat grass and spirulina. Then I add specific powdered organic herbs that support female health like red raspberry, red clover and others for any other area of my body that I feel needs extra support. I also make one for my husband and my four children. This blend is all food from God that totally supports my health and the health of my family. It starts our day out really great and keeps us all really healthy. i also do a 30 to 60 minute workout of either yoga, insanity, brazilian butt lift or whatever workout i can do in my living room before my kids wake up feels so great. Meditation/prayer also helps me to manage any stress. Thanks
