Thanks Tera for doing this 10 day fitness challenge. I have made a point of moving (dancing) everyday because of this challenge, as well as incorporating the exercises – and feel so much better! I have made a few playlists of favorite songs – so I have a selection to choose from depending on my mood.

I LOVED this one! All the moves were so much fun, I just wanted to keep going. I really liked the tempo change into the single single double. That made me smile so big-look at me I am dancing!
