Four the last two days of our 10-Day Fitness Challenge, we’ll be putting our attention on the Spirit element.     Thanks Tera for doing this 10 day fitness challenge. I have made a point of moving (dancing) everyday because of this challenge, as well as incorporating the exercises – and feel so much better! I have made a few playlists of favorite songs – so I have a selection to choose from depending on my mood. :)

    The pace of this one was a bit fast for me. I think I’ll come back and try it again over the next few days. I think with a bit of practice this series will feel really good.

    I LOVED this one! All the moves were so much fun, I just wanted to keep going. I really liked the tempo change into the single single double. That made me smile so big-look at me I am dancing! :-)
