[Day 2: 10-Day Commit to Fit Challenge] Move Your Booty to the Music

This March we will be releasing a brand new program with a focus on Fitness. For 5 weeks we’ll be doing fitness with the elements: Fire, Water, Air, Spirit and Earth! In order to give you a sneak preview and help get the whole community on board the feeling fabulous bandwagon, we’ll be hosting a free 10-day fitness challenge here on the blog! Yesterday we did a bit of tucking and toning with the help of Alice in a quick video. Today, we’re doing something different.
Sometimes a girl likes her structure, her manicured moves and well-contemplated crunches, and sometimes a girl’s just gotta move with the music. She’s gotta wriggle and jiggle her bits and pieces like nobody’s watching. Feel her neck, shoulders, hips and knees release themselves to the waves and beat of the music! With the help of DJ Rowan (Alice’s oh-so-groovy groom) who composed this original piece of WILD music for us, the assignment for today is simply to take a moment, turn up the volume and let this music move you!
Whatever wriggles, hops, bops or boogies just let it go, sweat and let your whole body feel how amazing it is to be ALIVE!
