What Does a Breastfeeding Mom Eat on the Raw Food Diet?

Sometimes people wonder what to eat when you eat a raw food diet and are breastfeeding. While you do need protein, iron, and more, you might be surprised to know that you can get it in more than adequate quantities on a diet of nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, seaweeds and other superfoods.

In my upcoming book, The Milky Way – The Ultimate Guide to Breastfeeding on the Raw Food Diet, I share over 50 delicious, breastfeeding friendly recipes, as well as many real-life high raw food journals detailing what I ate at various stages of my high raw breastfeeding journey. This is one of them! Many of the recipes are in the book, including green juices, chia puddings, burgers and pates, sauces, dressings, protein shakes, green smoothies, and more.
