One of the most fabulous things I learned about fitness this year came from Alice Bracegirdle, a dear friend and the founder of BellyFit. She will be presenting at next year’s WISH Summit talking about the importance of getting out of the box of conventional fitness programs, and moving into your softness!

You don’t need to sign up for a gym membership, lift weights or even do yoga. You can just wake up, turn on the music, then wriggle, jiggle, and let yourself go! Alice is a big part of our Body Enlightenment program and you can get to meet her here and get a taste of what she’s all about!

Sometimes we think of fitness as our calorie-burning obligation to a healthy living routine. What I have been learning from Teresa Tapp is that you can use your fitness routine to actually boost your health, improve elimination and speed up recovery from illness, etc.

Teresa didn’t develop her T-Tapp routines as a way of shaving inches off thighs or helping women burn more calories. She created them out of a deep interest in human health and well-being, and with the desire to see conditions like cancer, improve dramatically.

The series and sequences of movements in T-Tapp have been designed to activate circulation of the lymphatic fluids and ACTIVELY contribute to the elimination of toxins from the body.

Getting In Communication and In Synch with Your Body

Both fitness heroines have taught me a lot this year, and they’ll both be presenting as part of next year’s WISH Summit, so I know you’re going to love what they have to share.

I’m totally interested in taking things further in 2012. I want to dance more, learn more about what’s going on in my body and how my fitness can positively affect my overall health and well-being.

Getting In Communication and In Synch with Your BodyIt’s not just about jogging and muscle tone and calorie-burning, but about getting in better communication with my body, and understanding what’s going on in there.

We can spot pimples and see new moles grow, but because we can’t see what’s going on under our skin, we’re often disconnected from what’s going on inside!

Exercises like T-Tapp and Bellyfit really help to get you moving and understand what’s going on in your organs and circulation, to increase your overall health, confidence and well-being.
