What are gallstones?

Gallstones are tiny, pebble-like substances that form when cholesterol crashes the “party of bile” in the gallbladder. We are talking a gallstone gang of up to hundreds! The stones are as minuscule as a grain of sand and up to the size of a golf ball. Those suckers can get pretty violent. Severe pain can strike the right side of the abdomen, between the shoulder blades or the right shoulder. Who invited these dudes anyhow?

1) Try a gallbladder flush. If you already have gallstones and surgery is mounting, consider a liver and gallbladder flush. Some people do this on the regular as a preventative measure. It will radically improve digestion. You can expect your energy to increase and allergies to disappear. Give it a whirl:

  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Large grapefruit (2 small) (Or 3 lemons)
  • 4 tablespoons EPSOM SALTS
  • 3 cups water

The week prior drink lots of apple juice. The malic acid in the juice can help soften the gallstones, which allows them to pass.

2) Do Qigong which is quite beneficial for balancing the organs. It is a combination of breathing techniques, gentle movement, and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (qi).

3) Consume safflower seed oil. When combined with essential fatty acids like fish oil or flaxseed oil it is very efficient at eliminating toxic build up in the gallbladder.

4) Chill in a Far Infrared Sauna for 30 minutes every other day. This is known to remove harsh, harmful toxins from your body by heating the body at a cellular level. Regular saunas at the gym heat the air around the body.

5) Sipping the Epsom salt drink is super helpful for people with severe gallstones. The dose of magnesium relaxes and opens the ducts making the gallstone ejection easier.
