Angela, this sounds divine!!!
It looks like you don’t have to dehydrate this, is this correct????
Thanks again for posting this wonderful recipe!!

One of my all time favorite foods growing up was my mother’s brown rice and walnut “not” meat loaf. I’m going to have to try this because the ingredients seem like it would lend a very similar flavor experience! Thanks for the recipe. = )

No dehydrator unless you don’t eat it all in one evening I would think… how long would this keep since it has raw tomato in it?

I took this “not meatloaf” to an open house on Jan 1. Didn’t make a big deal out of its being raw, just put it out on the buffet table. The crowd gobbled it up and the hostess squirreled away the tiny bit leftover for herself. A few days later I got an email asking for the recipe.
A big hit … and oh, so easy!

Sounds good, but why wouldn’t you dehydrate this? I would definitely throw it in the dehydrator so that it’d get a nice hard crust around the outside.
