Raw Recipe: Sweet Morning Smoothie!

mcgreensmoothie

2 bananas

1 mango

4 frozen strawberries

1 handful of grapes

1 bunch of spinach leaves or kale to taste

half a glass of water

Blend it all up and enjoy!

This recipe makes about 18 oz + 4 popsicles!!!  The kids just loved it!!!

    Great picture! I’ve been making very similar smoothies for my kids, the little ones will drink them in the morning and that’s so exciting! This is the food of the future, this is the food of now. It feels really good to find other people who are doing this, too.
