Cool Summer Drink (Parsley, Pineapple, Green Grapes, Banana, Coconut Water)

I’ve recently been in the mood for green grapes and pineapple, so I thought I’d put together a summer drink to celebrate just how glorious it feels here in sunny Orlando, Florida.
Remember, you too can make your own version of a summer drink with fruits and vegetables you have on hand.
Cool Summer Drink Recipe
- Small handful parsley
- One cup pineapple chunks
- One cup green grapes
- One banana
- One cup coconut water
Blend and enjoy!

Yummy! I was inspired by this recipe to make a Great Summer Smoothie of my own today – Roughly, the recipe was:
1 small frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh pineapple
2 cups baby spinach
2 medjool dates (optional)
big chunk of ginger root
very generous sprinkle of cayenne pepper
1 tsp xtra-virgin olive oil
water to blend – about a cup or maybe more
Very tasty indeed! Cayenne gives it a nice kick; ginger, too. Added the dates cause I wanted it sweeter. I like adding a little oil to support absorption of the fat soluble carotenes & for texture & for satiety/staying power. But you could leave that out. XO Diana

Thank you very much for posting such good green recipes. I am definitly going to incorporate these recipes into my diet. Have you ever considered using Ionized water in your recipes. Micro -clustered water would makes these recipes even more powerful. Thanks Jeremiah
