(90-Day Detox) Day 66: Another Sun-Kissed Saturday

Written by Tera on April 25, 2009 – -

I couldn’t dream a more beautiful Saturday morning. The chatter of children, the gliding of bike chains that whip past my window. The sun doesn’t stream in, it BILLOWS this morning and if I weren’t keenly aware of this hard chair beneath my bottom, I would swear I was dreaming some far-too-good-to-be-true dream.

And it gets better.

But I can’t tell you yet. ;-)

I actually am so overcome with emotion that I don’t have many words to express what’s happening right now. But I will soon. Right now all I can say is DREAM! BELIEVE! PERSIST! LOVE! in spite of all apparent reasons not to do so.

FLOURISH!

PROSPER!

It doesn’t matter what the headlines say or who tells you the world is ending. Life is in you NOW! Live it and love without limits.

Last night I had a date with four 9 year old girls! :-) We had a pajama party and now it’s time to soak up some sun and prepare for a picnic.

Know that my thoughts are with you and my words are forming and very soon a wave of wisdom, passion and clarity will grace these pages with more love and gratitude than I have ever known.

Until then, I’ll be popping bliss bubbles and giggling!

Love you!

Tera

    Today is an AMAZING Saturday!
I started the day by running…well, jogging/walking…but I moved my body.
I have a lot of creative projects ahead of me, and today is going to be a great day!

    P.S.
Tomorrow is a milestone…ONE MONTH RAW!!!!

Congratulations Beth, on your one month anniversary of RAWness!

Today, is sunny here, too. I am soooo enjoying spring..My favorite season…everything is new, fresh!

My exercise is coming later today, when I have to mow. (I live on two acres, and mow about 1/3 o it with a walk-behind mower). I like it. I love being outside. :)

A houseful of giggly girls, Tera….Brings back lots of memories when my girls were younger. Now, they are in their 20′s and they are stiiiiiillll giggly! ;)

Happy spring and enjoy your Saturday, everyone!

    Way to go, Beth!!!

Love the giggles… Tera. Glad to see good things happening in your life!

Today I might just take a long walk in the gorgeous weather, across the bridge to hot yoga class!

It was very warm here today. I wish I took advantage of it more than I did. Tomorrow is another day.

I love your little bursts of inspiration and motivation:

Yesterday, I went out walking in the morning–was so beautiful, warm, sunny, breezy, and peaceful–and later in the afternoon, I went out to sun a bit in my bikini. Since going raw with high greens, I’m amazed at how much faster I tan (only need to go out once), and how high my tolerance for the sun is (I haven’t gotten a burn in a long time!).

This morning, I woke up and made myself go outside. Well, it was so beautiful that I WANTED to run (running is not my favorite physical activity, by any means). I was so ecstatic to be outside. I didn’t want to come inside. I never remember ever feeling so incredible or being so drawn to being out in the sun! :)

Enjoy the beautiful weather everyone!! :)

Gorgeous, gorgeous sun here in New England. I’m so happy to hear that you’re all having good weekends.

I’ve been playing outside with my kids and just came in to make the fabulous beet recipe that was in the latest Health in High Heels. It’s not even fermented yet and it already smells FABULOUS. *faint*

    Happy!

I remember being home from uni when my sister turned 9yo and had her friends over for a slumber party. We played hairdressers, cooked something fun, and it was a wonderful night. :-) Thanks for bringing back some fun memories.
    Blessings,

Ah… the gliding of bike chains…

Haven’t been on my bike yet, but I picked it up from its home of storage this weekend. Now it just needs a date with an air pump and soon my butt will have that saddle-sore sign of spring!
