(90-Day Detox) Day 42: Feelin’ Frisky
Written by Tera on March 30, 2009 – -It’s late, love bunny.
I just wanted to tell you that Sunday was bliss-filled.
I went to yoga, drank loads of green juice and met a Dutchman who brought me flowers.
I talked a lot and walked in the rain and drank green tea.
I had GREAT calls with participants of the Body Enlightenment System and 90-Day Detox, as well as another fabulous coaching call with the ladies I looove.
Now I’m going to sleep, but sending you kisses until tomorrrow.
Dutch love,
Tera

Sunday the day started out rather chilly but the sun came out and it warmed up. Had to bury my cat, so it was not a happy day. Planted a lovely pink geranium on her grave. It has lots of buds on it, so it should put a bright spot there. I wish I could say the diet portion of my weekend went well, but that fell apart too. I’m not going to beat myself up over it… today is a new day, and I will do better today. Love and blessings to you!

Great to hear you had such a lovely day, Tera!
I had a pretty good week last week. My commitment for this week is to prioritize sleep. I started last night by FINALLY taping my shades to let less light in (there’s a lamppost outside my window, alas) and by adjusting the sleeping temperature. I think it worked as I slept better last night. Yay! Here’s to keeping up that good momentum.
Until next time…

Hey Don…I think you’re the first male to be in the blog comments…welcome…hope to hear more from you…
)
My goal this week is green juice feasting…today I’m going to try the beet/carrot/green cleanser that Michael recommended during the teleseminar…it sounds quite powerful so I won’t stray to far away from the washroom…
Blessings,
Nic

What a refreshing-sounding, peaceful day.
My commitment for this week is to get to bed earlier, too. I succeeded a few times last week, but not as much as I intended. So, this week, it’s going to be more intentional.
Looking forward to Monday

Hi Tera!
Great to know that you have a nice Sunday! Mine was good too! I enjoyed my time with the family and also listened the two teleseminars of the week! Love them!!
My commitment for this week is to drink at least 2 liters of pure water! Sometime with the green smoothies I forgot to also drink plenty of water.
Have a gourgeous week!
Love and watermelon hugs!

Sounds like your Sunday was beautiful! The weather was gorgeous here, so I had two long walks with my lovelies (husband and yorkie). Today I am going to hot yoga!!! Can’t wait for that light, happy, feel-good energy after a hard workout.
To flowers and health for a great week,
Amanda

IT’S COMMITMENT DAY…SO HERE IS MY COMMITMENT FOR THIS WEEK:
I commit to trying to not allow any negativity enter my thoughts whether it’s from a newspaper or other source (not always easy)…I WILL PREPARE THE GARDEN IN MY MIND BY REMOVING ALL BAD WEEDS, SO THEN I CAN SOW THE SEEDS OF ALL THAT I CHOOSE TO MANIFEST AND HARVEST…and also, if one sneeks in, to not let it stay and make roots…
I also commit to indulging my creative side and will go shopping for materials to make myself a wish/manifestation board…
WISH YOU ALL MUCH SUCCESS WITH YOUR COMMITMENTS!
Sonia
