(90 Day Detox) Day 11: Short and Sweet

Written by Tera on February 27, 2009 – -

Whew.

Today was a bit rough for the ol’ redhead. I have to admit, I feel like I overate and emotionally ate, and I think it’s because I’m just needing more sleep. It’s tough to juggle all the things we have to juggle in life.

I know, I know, I should be busting a move and popping out “WOW”s and sparkling my sparkle puff everywhere, but I’m tired. So rather than go on about it, I’m going to get my jammies on and GO TO BED.

Remember! Tomorrow is the interview with Yuri in the afternoon!

Also, today we got a hot new issue of Health In High Heels off the presses! Check it OUT here!

Love you,

Tera

Hope your sleep is full of peace and the sweetest of dreams. May you wake up refreshed, as if, you have slept all winter! Please do take care of yourself where rest is concerned. You have to be good to you and realized that we are all in this together and we can support each other while you take care of you! I do like your sparkly puff self but understand you need some down time to refresh and revitalize!

    So revitalize, rest, refresh!

    love and hugs,
    Anita

Tera, you always help me to see the bright side and think more of my efforts than I do. Your juggling efforts inspire us all. YOU are an inspiration, no sparkles required. And you’re allowed to be tired! :)

I hope you had a !*great*! sleep, and I hope you have a fantastic day today!

Thank you for all that you do!!
    love,
    Stacey

I hope you wake up refreshed today. I can SO relate to you on sleep and it’s one of the last things I’m struggling with. I’ll have a good few weeks and then during a week like this I’ll totally undo all the good I did during those weeks of a steady routine in regards to sleep.

Just remember you can only inspire those around you if you take care of yourself first!

And while I love your sparkling self, I also love when you’re honest and real with us. And hey when you’re tired, you’re tired. :-)

For anyone that is still caught in a rut of not enough sleep and using stimulants to stay awake — I know the cycle is rough to break at first, but now I feel so much better even when I’m tired than when I was enjoying my coffee in order to wake up each morning. I’m not to the point of waking up totally energetic (yet) even when I do get a good sleep, but bouncing on the rebounder really gets me going much more than coffee … then good old water and later fresh juice or green smoothies … so good it’s hard to believe I started simply because it was good for me!
