Healthy Banana Ice Cream Recipe With 5 Year Old Sebastian (VIDEO)
Written by Tera on October 9, 2008 – -Well, we finally managed to get groovy like the rest of those people out there! In this, our first video, Sebastian makes “banana ice cream”! Hope you enjoy it! Let us know what you think. You can also watch it on Youtube, under therawdivas, but we think the quality is much better on our little, pink Diva TV.
Enjoy!

Excellent knife skills, Sebastian! And such a screen presence. Move over Emeril, Mario and Jamie. There’s a new chef in town and his name’s Seb (and he’s way cuter than any of you guys!).

Thanks Tera. Sebastian is so cute. another one for everyone to enjoy is at Zions Raw Recipes. She makes raw cookies. I think she might be around 3 years old. Adoreable. I’m doing ok, but finding it really hard making husbands food. I’ve been eating some cooked foods. Didn’t feel very good. So this morning starting fresh again. Just finished my green smoothie. I have a commercial blender, but I still think I need a better one. My smoothies are still not smooth enough. I’ve tried making them all different ways, but still too thick. Need to check with the website and talk to others. Thanks again. Hugs Suzy

That was so cute!! Your son is gorgeous Tera! Pity I have to wait for a while for the bananas to freeze and I don`t have any walnuts. A Plan….this is at least one way to get my husband to gradually go Raw as he loooves bananas. Actually I bet there aren`t enough left after he`s been at them again! Drat!!! I must still have another chat with him about the BES plan maybe AFTER I have made him some banana ice-cream! Hmm! Pity I`m not financially independent!:)
It sounds so good! Oh well.

Wow! What a GREAT video!!!
Sebastian is infinitely MORE entertaining than Emeril, Alton, Bobby, or any of those other guys.
I’d love to see more of Sebastian’s raw cuisine videos – I think it would encourage other kids to give raw foods a chance.

This was great! It is so nice to not only teach grown-ups but children as well so they can start at a younger age and grow up eating healthly. Even though when we were little or with our own children, we tried to eat and feed healthly but this brings another whole to world to a healthly life. Thank divas one and all for all the daily hugs and kisses. I truly believe that is what inspires me the most and keeps me loving to come back every day and not give up.
Have a great and glorious day!!!!

Thank you for all the work you do to promote green eating and the emphasis on healthy eating instead of percent of being raw. You inspire me to know that I can be successful. Young or old this is a great eating plan. What I do, is make a dish and bring it to work and we rate the dish. This way I share it with everyone and they get to try something new. They also, get a copy of the recipe. I don’t have a blendec blender. I bought the competitor but, i told my friends that if I got another blender the one I have at home would come to work. Maybe at a later date that will happen. This is a good step forward and I can take your recipes and share them! Thanks for the website and positive feedback.

7 day detox was interesting. Hard to do with a family of 7 when I am the one NOT at home most. I lived it mainly at work and life is good. I feel better not eating the junk in the cafe and being able to keep my smoothies cold is fabulous.
