Whoa! Reality Check!
Written by Tera on December 11, 2007 – -I’ve been feeling strongly lately about wanting to put more attention on sustainable living and environmental awareness. Deciding to donate 60% of the proceeds for the registrations for our new Green Smoothie Queen 3 Day Challenge to Greenpeace was a step in the right direction. But just a step. All of our own programs are electronic and we’d really like to keep it that way as much as possible.
While pamphlets and booklets and cards and printed newsletters might look nice, the costs (I mean, the long term costs) of consumerism feel more of a burden than I am willing to take on.
As Christmas Season strikes, please take a moment to watch this BRILLIANT piece of work!

I love the idea that 60% of the proceeds of the Green Smoothie Queen challenge are going to Greenpeace. Congratulations on a great choice.
Also love your idea of keeping everything electronic. It is sad to see how much waste there is on this planet.
